Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) joins forces with Royal College of Alternative Medicine (RCAM)

It is announced that the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) will soon be joining forces with Royal College of Alternative Medicine (RCAM); with a view towards optimizing mutually beneficial strategies for professional cooperation and collaboration - in the field of Evidence Based Alternative Medicine.

The ultimate result will be the creation of a Brand New Medical Profession , which will be totally independent of Statutory Regulation.

A Joint Press Statement on behalf of both organizations will formally be made in due course.

Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi FRCAM(Dublin)

Professor Joseph Chikelue ObiFRCAM (Dublin) is a (highly controversial) Qualified Wellness Consultant and Retired Medical Doctor who has successfully passed all steps of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) , inclusive of Step 3 (for Permanent Licensure) and the Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA).

His USMLE/FSMB ID is 06180640 and he presently still maintains Active Physician Practising Licenses in certain countries where he personally chooses to do a lot of Charitable Medical Work.

He has a fully accredited Master of Public Health (MPH) Degree and is also currently the Chief Political Strategist of a Major International Campaign to promote the ethical use of Evidence Based Alternative Medicine.

Alternative Medicine is defined as being : "Every available approach to Healing (and Wellbeing) which does not decisively fall within the professional realm of Conventional (Orthodox Clinical) Medicine".


Complementary Medicine refers to : "Every available approach to Healing (and Wellbeing) which decisively falls somewhere inbetween the professional realm of Conventional (Orthodox Clinical) Medicine and the professional realm of Alternative Medicine".


Alternative Medicine essentially becomes Complementary Medicine whenever it is used as a junior partner to Conventional (Orthodox Clinical) Medicine.


Conventional (Orthodox Clinical) Medicine essentially becomes Complementary Medicine whenever it is used as a junior partner with Alternative Medicine.


Alternative Medicine essentially becomes Integrative Medicine whenever it is used as a equal partner with Conventional (Orthodox Clinical) Medicine.
